Fly like an eagle

It’s as if you were riding on an eagle in mid-air. You can hear the sounds of wind blowing and look down at the beautiful silhouette of Burj Khalifa in Dubai. The publisher of this impressive clip is Freedom Conservation, a conservation movement that aims at protecting threatened birds of prey through creative conservation methods. And, of course, to raise awareness among people for threatened species. The movement itself was founded by falconer Jacques-Olivier Travers who also teaches birds of prey born in captivity to hunt and fly. And he does that by going skiing, paragliding and kayaking with them! This is just one example of Freedom Conservation’s methods that were filmed to gain global attention among the media and to encourage support for the protection of nature all over the world.
