What looks like planes ignoring an air traffic controller strike is in fact a fast motion piece of art showing all landings at San Diego International Airport between 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The filmmaker of this clip is Cy Kuckenbaker who received his MFA in film direction from the California Institute of Arts in 2006. He is also the director of fiction and documentary films that were shown at various international film festivals. Today, he teaches film making at San Diego City College.
